The Silhouette

The silhouette stands boldy at the end of the hallway. Ears erect, his eyes like jewls. The tail, it softly sways. This wouldn't be the first time I've seen him stand nearby. His image as clear as crystal, from the corner of my eye. His visits I don't share with some, who think I've went over and beyond. The grieving time they deem I need, they say I should move on. I sometimes pity people whom have never felt just cause, to share the bond between two souls, one with hands, and one with paws. You see I am the lucky one, as I've been truely blessed for someday we will walk together as eternal silhouettes.

CH. J and H's Appollo's Outter Limit was bred by Nancy Groff and Jan O'Hara of Columbus Georgia. All of Appollo's siblings went on to earn their CH titles, one of which out of the litter he was bred from was in the top 10 producing studs in the US by the ARC.

I had obtained Fred from more or less a backyard breeder 7 months before his passing away. When he could no longer breed, we took him and gave him a loving home, attention, and taught him how to just be a dog. I was his mommy, and even though I had him for a short time, I will love and miss him.

This is Zeus Mein Herr Bergh, Fred's son. He was the best tempermented Rottweiler we have ever owned. He was trained Advanced Obedience, narcotics, and search. He sired some of our most beautiful puppies and always held the true Rottweiler character. He was one of our children, we will love and miss him.

This is Katya Von Benschoten. This girl came a long way in the short life she had. When she came to us she was severely overweight, dangerously unsocialized as well as a fear biter and was deemed by a backyard breeder no less that she was a bitch that would kill her own young. We found out otherwise and she successfully raised 8 beautiful pups for us in 2008 without ANY human intervention with the exception of early socialization. We slowly socialized her and showed her love and loyalty in return for hers until she reciently passed away May 2, 2009 at the age of 5. She ended up being temperament wise true to the standard and I will always remember her "Rottie Purr".
